  • A structured period of coaching designed to help founders stabilise their leadership habits and develop greater emotional clarity.

    Across six sessions we explore the internal patterns that affect how you think, communicate and make decisions while running a business.

    Conversations typically focus on:

    • managing stress while making important decisions
    • improving difficult conversations with team members
    • recognising emotional reactions before they affect leadership
    • developing a calmer and clearer leadership presence
    • navigating complex founder situations

    This is reflective work, but always grounded in the real challenges inside your business.

    6 sessions across 12 weeks

  • Many founders continue coaching as an ongoing reflective practice while they lead and grow their companies.

    Sessions provide space to step back from the day-to-day demands of leadership and think clearly about what is happening inside the business.

    Common topics include:

    • unpacking leadership challenges in real time
    • working through team dynamics and conflict
    • thinking through important decisions
    • maintaining clarity during stressful periods of growth

    There is no lock-in commitment.

    Many founders treat these sessions as part of their regular leadership practice.

If it makes sense to continue, we begin with a deeper diagnostic conversation.

Using the Founder EQ assessment, we explore how stress, decision making and leadership behaviour interact inside your role.

This creates a clear starting point for the work.

Begin Founder Therapy

Most founders start with regular one-to-one sessions.

These conversations create space to think clearly, unpack leadership challenges and work through decisions in real time.

Sessions are typically held fortnightly.
